Criteria:
Must be a Senior in the Class of 2011
Scholarship Application Form;
Scholastic Standing;
Evidence of Leadership and Potential;
Financial Need;
Existing or previous patient of Dr. Mike Upton or Riverview Orthodontics, P.C.
